Info on Mobile/Email alerts

Reasons for not receiving mobile alerts :
  • Mobile Number in DND(Do not disturb) Mode
  • Wrong Mobile Number
  • Mobile Switched Off
  • Mobile not in Network coverage area
  • Software/Hardware problems in Mobile
Resolution :
  • Please remove the DND(Do not disturb) option in your OTPR registered mobile number
  • Your OTPR registered Mobile number might be wrong. Please check the same and update it.
  • Please check the health of Mobile Phone
  • You can resend the SMS to your OTPR registered Mobile number for the maximum of two times using the Resend Messages option in Alerts tab in APPSC website.
  • Still if you are facing any issues, Please go for a fresh registration with another Mobile number in OTPR.
Reasons for not receiving e-Mail alerts :
  • Entered wrong e-MailID (Might be a typographical mistake)
Resolution :
  • your OTPR registered e-MailID might be wrong. Please check the same and update it.
